GENERAL
Q: What types of services does CTW offer?
A: We offer cabinets, countertops and flooring with installation if you like.
Q: Does CTW do commercial or residential projects?
A: Both! Check out our commercial portfolio online to see what businesses we have helped remodel in the greater Madison area!
Q: Does CTW provide warranties or guarantees for their work?
A: Yes, we provide a one-year warranty on all labor and material warranties vary by product and manufacture, but those warranties typically are longer than a year and are provided by the manufacturer. Please ask your salesperson for a copy of your records.
Q: Does CTW offer financing?
A: We offer a 3-month 0% and a 6-month 0% financing through Service Finance, a subsidiary of Truest.
SHOWROOM
Q: When can I visit the showroom?
A: Our Kitchen/Bath and Flooring showroom (now conveniently located in the same building at 4313 Triangle Street) is open Mondays and Thursdays from 9am-8pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9am-6pm, and Saturdays from 9am-2pm. We are closed on Sundays. We are also closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Appointments are always appreciated, but not necessary!
Q: Can I take samples home with me?
A: Of course! We understand that people want to view a product in the comfort of their own home before making any big decisions, and that is why we offer free showroom samples. We just ask that you return them within 5 days!
DESIGN
Q: What is the communication process like during a remodel project?
A: CTW stands out from other companies when it comes to communication. Your kitchen/bath or flooring salesperson is there with you from start to finish (selection, measure, order all the way to installation)
Q: How do I prepare for my design appointment?
A: If you have any insight on colors, patterns, aesthetics, and styles you are interested in, that would be great to share so we can discuss your vision. If not, we are here to guide you toward your dream space with plenty of design advice and expert opinions.
INSTALLATION
Q: Do I have to be home during the installation?
A: No, however we do need to know how to best enter your home if you are away.
Q: How messy is the installation process?
A: Depends on the project, but sometimes it can be quite a messy process. We take extra measures to tidy up your home and leave it without a trace. After an installation is done in your home, it is often recommended to get your air ducts cleaned, as dust is inevitable with any sort of indoor home remodel project.
Q: Do you offer Installation Services?
A: We do! We have a team of professional flooring, cabinetry, and countertop installation experts who can assist you with your home project. However, it is important to note that we do not install products NOT purchased by CTW due to manufacturers’ warranties and our own warranty guidelines.
ESTIMATES
Q: Does CTW offer free estimates?
A: Yes, a free estimate is the very first step we take towards helping you design the home of your dreams. After you make your selection of products for your home, our sales rep diligently works on getting you an estimate right away so that we can get your project going right away.
Q: How long does a project normally take?
A: It depends, some projects are one day, and some projects can take a month or longer. We can better answer this question once we know more about your project and expectations. Your salesperson will go through in great detail what to expect during your installation process
Q: How far out are you on installation?
A: For typical residential installation, most projects will be around a month out from the time they are ordered to the time they’re installed.
